Shipping Countries & Costs

‘Standard UK Delivery by Royal Mail for only 1p. Allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Choose Expedited Shipping at check out for super fast delivery within 1-2 working days. For a small fee your order will be delivered on a next day service as long as you order by 1pm.

Shipping will be charged to your invoice on check out. Small items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's 1st Class Service. Larger items will be sent by Fed Ex and will require a signature.

Please note when placing an order we advise that you select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers only deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

European and International delivery costs. Please call for shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 days for EC deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

If you want to use the Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure delivery services then call us on ++ 44 (0)131 554 5555. Goods will require a signature upon receipt.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.

You can pay for products by credit card over the phone. Call FREE 0800 0 24 24 21 from the UK or ++ 44 (0)131 554 5555 from overseas. Our customer service team will be happy to help.

Cancellation & Returns

Please follow these instructions for returning items to Caribee:

1. All items must be returned within 14 working days of their original delivery.
2. Post returns to the following address:

Please also include the invoice or a copy of it and a note detailing whether you would like a refund or to exchange the items.

3. When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back.

Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
